The double room had a convenient work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a multi-channel TV; the service was excellent with a quick check-in process.

hotel, its facilities and location are very good and although the reception staff is very friendly and helpful, they have been very ineffective in some performances:. 1. After informing us at reception that the minibar in the room was free, we checked when we arrived at the room that it was empty. I called the reception and after apologizing for it they invited me to go down to pick up the 2 beers and 2 bottles of water that we should have in the minibar. I asked them to bring them up to the room but the receptionist said she was alone and could not send them to us, repeating that I had to come down to collect the bottles. 2. first night we slept badly because the pillows, feathered and very low, were very uncomfortable for us. We asked the reception the next morning if they had any hard pillows and they said they would leave them in the room when they cleaned it. did not happen and I had to go downstairs to get only 2 of the 4 hard pillows that we had ordered for the 2 rooms. 3. That day, apart from missing the hard pillows, we saw that the waitress had left the empty bottles and used glasses from the previous day on the table in the room. On the second day the waitress only partially replaced the minibar and on the third day she left the cups that still had the used infusion bags inside them uncleaned, not even removing the paper wrappers from the infusions that were still on the table. It is a pity that the hotel management does not take care to avoid such obvious failures as these, prevent giving the hotel the good score it could have without them.

Located in a very quiet area near the river and a canal. Well connected, it has a metro entrance in front of the door, I recommend taking bicycles for rent by the hour. We use Uber's Jumpers, there are several brands, LIDL's are also everywhere. hotel is very correct, staff very friendly and room is right. In the minibar you have a couple of free beers and water every day, when you arrive at the hotel at night you can't drink any more beer. We had two reservations, as we finally added a day to the stay and there was no one of the same category. double room is a little fair. suite, we stayed in the rest of the days, is very good. bathroom is spacious and room is nice.

As a detail, one day we drank a beer and made a tea. cup and glass with the remains of beer remained on the table for a couple of days without anyone touching it.

Enjoyed a comfortable night in a double room with good ventilation. Also loved the hot chocolate and the free beer they provided for a nice touch. 🍺

U-bahn station just around the corner, very convenient. For the price we paid the hotel exceeded our expectations. We would recommend it to others. Very convenient for Museum Island.

Very handy location to central Berlin and the extensive rail network.

The bed is big and very comfortable. I loved the bathtub, I'm a big person and I'm very grateful to be able to get in and stretch out almost entirely . The lighting in the room is good, the safe is easy to use, the TV has many channels including Spanish, 3 if I remember correctly . Everything worked correctly, it has an iron and a board. . We had a room with a view of the river and we liked it very much. The location is perfect, you have the museums very near and a stop of the subway line U in the same corner of the hotel . The entrance is luxurious, with red carpet and many quality details. . The elevator is very big.. The receptionist kindly printed the paper for the plane for us.

We didn't like that when we were in the room, after 15 minutes a boy and a girl (cleaning staff) entered the room, they came in without calling . We didn't like that the receptionists don't know Spanish. But this was not a problem either. The second day of being in the hotel, they entered the room still having the sign of NO MORE! They came in to put two bottles of water, but at no time did we say we wanted water, nor had we consumed the water already in the fridge. On Saturday night there was music in the background that we didn't know if it came from another room or from the hotel itself. It sounded very weak, for people who find it hard to sleep it might be a problem, but as I said it was only on Saturday night.
